Back for service this week everyone was excellent and professional, Dealt with Marcel by phone for appointment who also arranged for BMW external Technical Team to run diagnostics on my car before arriving for service to locate a sensor issue which they did and had a part ordered for my car for the day of service Laura on the day was excellent got the car attended to immediately was so friendly and followed up the next day to check all was good, what a great customer service which is hard to find, the people I have met at J Donoghues Sales and Service are a huge asset to the company
